A Clinic Window

Two men, both truly poorly, involved a similar healing center room. One man was permitted to sit up in his bed for

a hour every evening to help empty the liquid out of his lungs. His bed was by the room's just window.

The other man needed to invest the greater part of his energy level on his back.

The men talked for quite a long time. They talked about their spouses and families, their homes, their occupations, their

association in the military administration, and where they had been in the midst of a furlough.

What's more, every evening when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would breathe easy by

depicting to his flat mate every one of the things he could see outside the window. The man in the other bed started

to live for those one-hour time spans where his reality would be widened and charged by all the movement and

shade of the world outside the healing center window.

The window disregarded a recreation center with a beautiful lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while youngsters

cruised their model vessels. Youthful sweethearts strolled affectionately intertwined through blooms of each shade of the rainbow.

Fantastic old trees graced the scene, and a fine perspective of the city horizon could be found out there.

As the man by the window portrayed this in amazing point of interest, the man on the opposite side of the room would

close his eyes and envision the lovely scene.

One warm evening, the man by the window portrayed a parade going by beneath. In spite of the fact that the other man

couldn't hear the band - he could see it in his brain as the man of honor by the window portrayed it.
Weeks passed by. One morning, an attendant landed to bring water for their showers and found the inert collection of

the man by the window, who had passed on calmly in his rest. She was disheartened, and called the healing facility

chaperons to take the body away.

When it appeared to be fitting in a couple of days, the other man inquired as to whether he could be moved beside the

window. The attendant was upbeat to do the switch, and subsequent to ensuring he was agreeable, she exited him

alone. Gradually, agonizingly, he propped himself up on one elbow to investigate the world outside.

At last, he would have the delight of seeing it for himself.

He moved gradually to turn and watch out the window close to the bed. The window confronted

a clear divider. The man asked the medical attendant what could have caused his expired

flat mate to portray such superb things outside this window. The medical attendant

addressed that the man was visually impaired, and couldn't see the divider. She answered,

"Perhaps he simply needed to energize you."
